The founder of Inseyet, Monte oversees the company's strategic goals, policies and procedures, day-to-day operations, service and support, business development, and financial reporting.
With a foundation in Management Information Systems, Monte effectively applies technology solutions that surpass business goals and objectives. While systems analysis and application development are Monte's passions, his more than 16 years of technology expertise includes database design and administration, networking, project leadership, and management.

Concurrently, Monte serves as the chief information/technology officer for a top 200 US law firm. His guidance and management skills have made the firm well known for its cutting-edge use of technology in court, extranets, e-learning, and communications.
His previous experience as a partner and systems developer for a computer-aided advertising company, and a stint as a technical systems analyst within state government, has given Monte a broad-brush interaction with numerous industries. With more than 18 years experience in the information technology field, Allan's technical expertise has guided many important custom web application projects undertaken by the Web Application Development Group.
His recent projects showcase his abilities to implement enterprise solutions, whether it is gathering information and investigating best design analysis, or database administration and custom application programming. His first priority is always to meet the client's business parameters and synthesize complex technical solutions into elegant and user-friendly applications.
Allan's involvement in the design and programming of a complex 4-tier extranet web application allows approximately 3,000 independent insurance agents to efficiently quote, rate, and issue insurance policies. He develops active server web pages and Visual Basic class modules interacting with COM proxies. He has supported a Siebel Sales Enterprise application by analyzing, coding, testing, implementing, and documenting system enhancements through version implementations.
But, just identifying and analyzing intricate business and systems requirements for development projects are only a small part of what he offers. As project manager, Allan designs test plans, schedules, and coordinates implementation requirements, resolves system discrepancies, writes user documentation, and develops training materials while managing the workflows of the entire team.

Over the last 14 years, Nancy's information technology and office administration experience gives her a perspective uniquely positioned to relate to the needs of end users. As a member of Inseyet's Training Group, she supervises the technology and training requirements of more than 90 professionals spread across 3 satellite offices.
Understandably, in a changing technology environment, Nancy has been immersed in several major training initiatives for software and operating system conversions as well as rollouts for out-of-the-box and specialized software. Her responsibilities range from classroom instruction and floor support to help desk and troubleshooting. Nancy offers support on hardware, software, printers, document production, remote access, telephone systems, and messaging centers.
Nancy delivers a blend of learning solutions (e-learning courses, demonstrations, training measurements) matched to the skill level of the learner whether they are a new hire, a professional, or support staff. Gauging their learning pace she applies refresher training, proficiency assessments, and one-to-one instruction.
Notably, Nancy melded several software solutions designed to assist in various stages of court trial preparation. One recent example is her organizing hundreds of court case materials and instructing the attorneys in the intricacies of presenting automated exhibits. Not only did Nancy coach the legal team in the use of real-time annotation tools to enhance courtroom testimony but she accompanied the team in court. Nancy brings this experience to her collaboration with the Web Development Team in the production, and design of the Elm Tree e-Learning Management Suite.

With more than 4 years in the information technology field Kathy is a Support Specialist on the Inseyet Help Desk. She specifically assists executive, professional, and staff end users with the day to day issues surrounding Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other specialized programs.
She is actively engaged, for both Inseyet as well as clients, in the research, development, and testing of software applications, the configuring and troubleshooting of PDA devices (Palm Pilots, Rex cards, Blackberry devices), and the implementation of enterprise notebooks, virtual private networks and remote desktops. Recent projects include supporting and training end users in the use of videoconferencing across multiple offices and outside parties.
