Inseyet created a collections management extranet used to manage GE Industrial Systems' accounts receivables. The secure extranet allows collaboration between GE Industrial Systems and its litigation counsel, Robinson & Cole, by keeping each other updated as to the current status of accounts. Customers and associated invoices are uploaded, verified, and stored in the system. E-mail notifications are sent keeping the appropriate parties informed of the addition of new matters or changes in existing matters. The application also allows for archiving of closed accounts and also provides a variety of reports in summary form.
Inseyet LLC and its parent company, Robinson & Cole LLP, have co-developed an e-Learning Course for HIPAA Privacy Training. Robinson & Cole's HIPAA Compliance Team has developed a comprehensive HIPAA analysis, compliance, and training program that is available to clients. Our clients include large employers, hospitals, group health plans, managed care organizations, and insurers. The content delivery system is a sophisticated web application that combines the power of Macromedia Cold Fusion MX with the stability and scalability of Microsoft SQL server. System administration is intuitive and allows for maintenance of users, roles and course assignments with ease. As a hosted solution, the only requirements at the desktop are an Internet connection and Internet Explorer software (version 5.5 or higher). The student interface is designed to be user friendly, in terms of navigation. It provides the capability for the student to move linearly through the material or ad hoc for the purpose of review. A glo ssary of terms is a single click away and returns students to the training page where they left off.
